The Element offers flexible leasing options and a streamlined payment process designed to keep things simple.

  • Lease terms are available for 6 or 12 months
  • Rent is collected through required auto-draft payments
  • Utilities are not included in monthly rent

Pet Policy Overview

The Element allows pets with prior approval and in accordance with community guidelines. Certain requirements and fees apply.

  • Up to two pets are permitted per apartment
  • Pets must meet age, size, and breed requirements
  • A pet deposit and monthly fee are required for approved pets
